This position is ideal for a DevOps Engineer with around three years of experience who wants to take technical ownership, collaborate closely with development teams, and work in a flexible and impact-driven environment.

Job requirements
What this role offers
Collaborate with development teams to ensure stable and efficient deployments
Plan and support production rollouts and customer deployments
Develop and maintain observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenSearch
Take care of CI/CD pipelines (e.g. GitLab) and drive automation
Build tools to streamline build, integration, and deployment workflows
Help investigate and resolve issues in CI/CD and production environments
Work independently in a fast-paced, agile, and collaborative environment
Contribute ideas, suggest improvements, and help shape DevOps practices
Your profile
Based in Germany with full remote availability
Fluent in English, German at B2 level is a plus
Around three years of experience in a DevOps or infrastructure-related role
Strong Git skills and solid experience with Linux and Docker
Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (e.g. Ansible, Terraform)
Experience with CI/CD tools (GitLab or GitHub)
Basic understanding of Kubernetes and network security (e.g. firewalls, VPNs)
Strong attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and a passion for automation
Comfortable working in agile development environments
